The house

Modern Harbor House accommodates up to eight guests. The first floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; the second floor has a large primary bedroom, a renovated bathroom with shower and tub, and a study area. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The remaining bathrooms include a first-floor shower bathroom and a first-floor shower/tub combination bathroom.

The light-filled living room has a gas-burning fireplace. The renovated kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee provisions, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and weight-training equipment are available. The basement has a washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Outdoor facilities include an expansive uncovered deck, patio furniture with a table, chairs and umbrella, four lounge chairs, a gas grill, a basketball court, a bicycle and beach chairs. The yard is fenced. The private heated outdoor swimming pool is described as 18 by 45 feet, with a new pool announced for summer 2026. Outdoor equipment and pool use are subject to seasonal conditions.

The house is close to East Hampton Village and is easy to reach by bicycle. Reserve land surrounds the entertaining areas. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
