House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age requirement to rent the property is 21. Children and infants are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
Tufnell Park tube station is under a 10-minute walk away; Northern Line trains reach Tottenham Court Road in 12 minutes. The home is arranged across multiple levels with stairs, including steps down to the utility room and stairs to the top-floor bedroom.
