The house

The 250 sqm townhouse accommodates up to 10 guests. A sitting area has high ceilings, moulded detailing, a fireplace, a sofa, an Eames lounge chair and armchairs. A separate WC with sink opens off the hallway. The open-plan kitchen and dining area has Miele appliances, a large sink, a wall-mounted TV and a dining table seating eight. Sliding glass doors open onto a private garden with a wooden bench and outdoor dining table. Steps down from the dining area lead to a utility room with a Miele stacked washer and dryer and sink. The adjoining music den has turntables, a wall-mounted TV, an Eames chair and a large sofa.

On the first floor, one bedroom has a TV, built-in storage and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, sink and WC. A few steps up, the master bedroom has a wall-mounted TV, floor mirror, lounge chair and built-in storage. Its en-suite has a walk-in shower, bathtub, sink, WC and heated towel rail. Two second-floor bedrooms each have one bed; one has a chest of drawers and the other a large bookcase. They share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and sink.

This level also provides access to the roof terrace. Stairs beside a double-height ceiling lead to the final bedroom, which has a double bed, Velux windows, desk space and built-in storage. There is no TV in the top-floor bedroom.

Facilities include central heating, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, along with cookware and tableware. Towels, bed linen, basic toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, cleaning products, smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector and a first-aid kit are provided.

Tufnell Park tube station is under a 10-minute walk away. Northern Line trains reach Tottenham Court Road in 12 minutes. Subject to availability, additional items and services can be ordered through Veeve, including cots and highchairs for hire, early or late arrival, late departure, airport pickups and private transfers, welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, fresh towels and linen, and extra bedding or pillows.
