The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
