What staying here is like
Custom-built in 2015, the home has an open floor plan, high ceilings, a disappearing sliding glass wall, wood tile floors in the living area, a gas fireplace and walk-in closets. Energy-efficient appliances, wall and ceiling insulation, and eco-friendly materials and construction techniques are incorporated into the home. Outside are a pool, spa, deck, lounge chairs, an outdoor leather couch, two misting rock features on the west side of the pool, a mobile standing mister and a remote-controlled awning with built-in misters. A Pack-N-Play, linens, sheets, towels, hair dryer and iron with ironing board are provided.
