The house

The home is three miles from the town of East Hampton, with an elevated footbridge approach, cubic architecture and a south-facing wall of glass. The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows, leather and chrome furnishings and a usable fireplace. The kitchen has a center island and opens to a dining area seating eight. A game room has a billiards table and flat-screen TV.

Three bedrooms have en-suite bathroom access: the third-floor primary bedroom has a king bed and full en-suite bathroom; the two second-floor bedrooms have a queen and a double/full bed respectively, with Jack-and-Jill en-suite bathroom arrangements. A private third-floor office provides an additional sofa bed and closet, with a hall bathroom nearby. There are four full bathrooms in total.

The tree-lined backyard has a stone terrace, lounge chairs, a covered deck/patio with furniture, a gas grill, an outdoor shower and a private heated outdoor gunite pool. A cabana and outdoor kitchen area are also available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
