Children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Keep doors and windows closed and ensure screens are secure to reduce gnats. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 10 nights or more. Two mid-stay cleanings are required for stays of 21 nights or longer. These charges are separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at booking. Customer support coordinates cleaning schedules and applies the charges.
Getting there
The top-floor home is reached by an exterior staircase; plan for stairs with luggage. A car is necessary. Hanalei town and Hanalei Bay are about ten minutes away; Anini Beach is about ten minutes in the other direction. Winter conditions can increase light-attracted gnats, and some may pass through screens.
