The reservation must be booked by a legal adult. Children are welcome. Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Check-out must be honored; unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Guests complete online check-in and may be asked for government-issued photo identification and verification information.
Getting there
The studio is in Miramar, San Juan, near Condado and Old San Juan. It is accessible by rental car, Uber, or taxi; the neighborhood is within reach of Condado, Santurce, and Old San Juan by car or rideshare. Free parking is available on the street.
