Guests complete a quick online check-in and then receive arrival instructions and access information. Self-guided check-in uses a lockbox code.

Can I request a baby crib?
A baby crib can be requested after booking; paid pack-n-play travel cribs are available as add-on services.
Can I request a dog bed?
