House rules
Maximum occupancy is four; no additional persons are permitted. The primary renter must be at least 35 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as utility costs above $60.00 per reservation night. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours. Damage protection of up to $25,000 applies in lieu of a security deposit; coverage details are in the booking agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If the owner elects to reopen canceled dates and they are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the original reservation total is issued after the replacement reservation is fully paid. If dates are not rebooked, guests may use their original dates if payments meet the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire.
Getting there
Local beaches and town are minutes away. Amagansett village, Accabonac Harbor and Gardiner’s Bay beaches are nearby. A floating staircase connects levels. The backyard is not fenced. The property is not suitable for multiple families or children.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at staymarquis.com.
