The house

The approximately 2,500-square-foot home has minimalist interiors, wood accents, oversized sliding glass doors and a living room opening onto a deck. The equipped galley-style kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware.

Both bedrooms have a Queen bed, air conditioning, cable and streaming television, and a standard closet. The primary bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a skylight and desk area. An additional private sleeping area has a Twin/Single bed, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The two listed full bathrooms have showers.

Outdoor facilities include covered and uncovered deck areas, patio furniture, two lounge chairs, a charcoal grill, wood-burning fire pit and hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The private fenced lap pool is 40 feet long and 4 feet deep. Four beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. Indoor facilities include a steam room, central air conditioning, heating, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, smart television and Bluetooth/Sonos speakers. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are available.

The home is near Amagansett village, Accabonac Harbor and Gardiner’s Bay beaches. The homeowner handles on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
