House rules
Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax before arrival; a payment link is sent a few days before arrival. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrival ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge. Contact the team before travelling with pets.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is 1.9 km away.
