The apartment occupies the first floor of a building without an elevator. Its large living area has a dining table, sofas, a television and an open kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a kettle, microwave, toaster, moka coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
One bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed; the other has two single beds. There are two bathrooms with showers, and a hairdryer is provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.
Venice Santa Lucia train station is 1.9 km away. Before arrival, guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrivals and departures are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge.
