The source discloses an exterior security camera. All guests must provide government-issued ID before check-in. No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana or open flames. Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Smoking or fire violations incur a USD 200 charge per reservation day. Unauthorized guests above capacity incur USD 50 per person per night and may lead to removal without refund. Unauthorized checkout after 11 am incurs USD 50. Pets are not allowed. Stays longer than 30 days require a lease and background check; stays of at least 30 days require a paid mid-stay cleaning on day 15, charged against the security deposit. Excessive cleaning costs extra. No-shows are non-refundable. Food and package deliveries must be collected outside the building or gates. A signed rental agreement is required before arrival. Local residents must contact the host before booking. A damage hold is placed on the credit card two days before arrival and released after checkout; failure to collect it cancels the reservation. Direct-booking cancellations and refunds incur a 4% credit-card fee. For stays of at least 30 days, cancellation refunds are 100% at least 30 days ahead, 50% at 14–29 days and none within 13 days. Returning forgotten items costs USD 50 plus postage.

This is an older property where sound carries easily. Overton Park is a 7-minute walk away; Overton Square is a 9-minute walk; Memphis Brooks Museum of Art is an 11-minute walk; Memphis Zoo is a 20-minute walk. Downtown Memphis and Beale Street are a 10-minute drive away. Graceland Mansion and the National Civil Rights Museum are about a 15-minute drive away. MATA Bus Line 2 on Madison Avenue is a 3-minute walk away and connects Midtown and Downtown. The nearest Downtown trolley stop is about a 10-minute drive away. Uber and Lyft operate throughout Memphis; Bird or Lime scooters and e-bikes are often available nearby.
