The house

Guests have full access to the apartment, which has a bedroom with a queen bed and linens, a living room with a sofa and TV, and a dining area. The bathroom has a full bathtub, towels, hot water and essential toiletries.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, cooking basics, utensils and wine glasses. A dishwasher is currently unavailable. An in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace are available.

The single-level apartment has a private entrance. Outdoor amenities include a balcony, garden or backyard, and outdoor furniture. Free parking includes gated parking with plenty of space; street parking is also available. Other amenities include a hair dryer, hangers, iron, clothing storage, safe, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, first aid kit and fire extinguisher.

Weekend and longer stays are welcome, and the apartment is suitable for children. Assistance is available through the app 24/7, without an in-person host presence. Overton Park is a 7-minute walk away, Overton Square a 9-minute walk, Memphis Brooks Museum of Art an 11-minute walk and Memphis Zoo a 20-minute walk. Downtown Memphis and Beale Street are a 10-minute drive away; Graceland Mansion and the National Civil Rights Museum are about a 15-minute drive away.
