The house

The home has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings, skylights, a gas fireplace and French doors opening to a covered porch. The kitchen includes Subzero and Wolf appliances, a microwave, and Miele and Nespresso machines. Five air-conditioned bedrooms each have a full ensuite bathroom: three have king beds and two have queen beds. An air-conditioned lower-level sleeping area has a queen sofa bed. A first-level suite includes a sauna and private deck.

The north-wing suite has a wood-burning fireplace, private study, jacuzzi tub and double shower; the south-wing suite has high ceilings, surround sound, a gas fireplace, soaking tub and double rain-head shower.

The finished lower level has ping-pong and pool tables and an office setup. A separate study has an office setup with an iMac and laser printer. Facilities include seven smart TVs, five indoor Sonos zones and one outdoor zone, mesh Wi-Fi, heating, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment.

The grounds include a heated private gunite pool, a 10-seat hot tub, a secluded lighted tennis court, covered entertaining space, a fire pit, patio furniture and an outdoor grill. Adult and children's bicycles, beach chairs, a paddleboard and kayak are available. Nature-preserve trails and private ponds surround the property. The backyard is fenced. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking.
