House rules
No pets are allowed. Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 every day and check-out is before 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is payable on arrival by credit-card hold. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €85 per booking, and a cot/crib costs €15 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Arrival outside the stated office hours is listed as included. Cancellation is free until 29 days before check-in; from 28 to 8 days before check-in, 100% of the total prepayment applies, and from 7 days before check-in through check-in, 100% of the total rent applies.
Getting there
The apartment is 750 m from the Streif/Hahnenkamm ski slope and 100 m from Kitzbühel town centre. Restaurants, cafés, the bus station and a park are stated as 100 m away, shops as 150 m away, and Schwarzsee as 2.9 km away.
