The house

Apartment Meikl is an 80 m² two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Kitzbühel. It has two bedrooms with double beds and closet space; the master bedroom has an ensuite shower and wash basin. The living room has timber floors, a dining corner, sofa and cable flat-screen TV. The galley-style kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a main bathroom with a combined bath/shower, wash basin and WC, plus an additional guest WC.

The apartment has a large balcony with a leafy garden outlook and views of the Streif, garden and mountain views, central heating, satellite TV, garden furniture, bicycle parking and open-air parking. The town centre, bus station, restaurants, cafés and park are each stated as 100 m away; shops are 150 m away, the Streif/Hahnenkamm ski slope is 750 m away, Schwarzsee is 2.9 km away and Salzburg Airport is 65 km away. Wi-Fi and heating are included.

Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person and final cleaning costs €85 per booking. A refundable €400 security deposit per booking is payable on arrival by credit-card hold.
