The house

The house has a living room with a fireplace, a separate great room, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with an island and breakfast seating. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, fireplace, walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms are on the main floor: two have queen beds and full ensuite bathrooms, while the third has a queen bed and a twin bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The three full bathrooms each have a shower and tub; an additional half bathroom is on the main floor.

Outdoor facilities include a landscaped patio, outdoor furniture, a gas grill, eight lounge chairs, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The backyard is fenced, but the private heated outdoor pool is not fenced. Driveway parking accommodates three cars.

Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer, dryer, heating and Wi-Fi are provided. A laptop-friendly workspace is available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
