House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Dogs require advance approval, with a maximum of two; notify the team when booking and submit details by text message or email. Approved pets incur non-refundable cleaning fees of $150 per animal and rental fees of $50/night per animal. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the team's local address is available upon request for $50 per package or $75 for larger items. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled In-Stay Refresh with payment arranged by the Reservation Team. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.

Getting there

The home spans four levels. Mountain Village's shops, restaurants, ski school and gondola are a five-minute walk away, with free gondolas serving Mountain Village and the Town of Telluride. Ski-in/ski-out access is on the Meadows green run and depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption during summer; contact the team for current updates. No more than two cars are permitted.
