The house

This 2,153-square-foot home accommodates up to eight guests across four levels, with four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Views include San Sophia Ridge and the surrounding mountains. Mountain Village's shops, restaurants, ski school and gondola are a five-minute walk away. Nearby trails offer hiking and biking.

The main living level has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table for eight and a living room with a gas fireplace, Sonos sound system and mountain views. A balcony provides space for coffee and barbecuing. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. A grill, washer, dryer, free Wi-Fi, garage and free parking are available.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned. Three king suites each have a private ensuite bathroom, TV and Sonos speaker. The bunk suite has two twin XL beds and its own ensuite bathroom. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, shampoo, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has heating, hot water, a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Longer stays are allowed.
