When are check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is from 11:00. Late departure is available for an extra charge of CZK 500 until 14:00 or CZK 1,000 until 16:00.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to three days before arrival. Any prepaid amount can be used for another stay. If you cancel later than 72 hours before arrival, the cancellation fee is the full price of the booked stay.
Can I bring a dog?
Dogs are permitted for CZK 600 per night for a smaller dog up to 15 kg, or CZK 1,000 per night for a larger dog. For hygiene reasons, animals are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area.
How can I use an Amazing Places voucher?
Make a binding written reservation that includes your agreement to use the voucher, your name, email address, stay dates, and the voucher's unique code. Confirmation of voucher use will be sent to the email address provided.
