Listing description
The condo sleeps up to ten guests. Vaulted, beamed ceilings and walls of windows frame garden views, with two seating areas, a Smart TV and a dining table seating six. The full kitchen has a wraparound breakfast bar, refrigerator, full-size range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, mini fridge, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and cooking and dining essentials. A furnished main-level lanai has a grill.
Two main-level bedrooms each have a king bed and garden views. The primary has an ensuite shower bathroom with a double vanity, a desk and chair, and space for a crib or pack-and-play. The second bedroom has a shower/tub bathroom across the hall. Upstairs, the third king bedroom has a desk and chair and a nearby shower bathroom shared with the open loft. The loft has queen and twin-bunk sleeping accommodations and is open above the stairwell. All three bedrooms and the loft have split air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The community pool, Ping-Pong table and landscaped grounds are shared with the Mauna Kai community and are a short walk across the grounds. In-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi and free on-site parking are included. Beach towels, boogie boards and beach mats are provided; a pack-and-play is available on request. Linens, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and outdoor lighting.
Princeville shops and restaurants are nearby. Hanalei is less than four miles southwest, Princeville Ranch is two miles down the road, and Anini Beach is a short drive away. Na Pali Coast State Wilderness Park is a longer drive west. A car is recommended for exploring the North Shore. Arrival uses self check-in by lock box.
