The condo sleeps four in two queen bedrooms on separate levels and has two full bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, fresh paint and two garden-view lanais overlook the courtyard greenery. The main-level bedroom has a full bathroom nearby with a remodeled shower/tub combination. The loft bedroom is open to the lower level and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. An interior staircase leads to the loft.
The living area has a smart TV, satellite or cable television, a ceiling fan and a dining table beside the kitchen. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils and dishes. A ground-level barbecue and picnic area is shared across the building.
Shared grounds include a communal pool and tennis court. Free on-site parking and a building elevator are available. The condo has central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and a private entrance. Linens, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer, an iron and basic cleaning supplies are provided, along with beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. The lanais have outdoor seating.
