The house

The approximately 4,500-square-foot home has six bedrooms, each with one king bed and air conditioning. Two primary bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are four full bathrooms and one powder room; the first primary bathroom includes a shower and tub, and the other full bathrooms have showers. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

An open-plan great room with seating and a gas fireplace connects to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors bring in natural light. The kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker. An upstairs family room or loft provides additional space. Central air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer are available.

Outside are a fully fenced backyard, an expansive uncovered deck, lounge chairs, patio furniture with a table, chairs and umbrella, and a gas grill. The private heated outdoor pool is not fenced.

North Fork wineries, farm stands, beaches and restaurants are a short drive away. Veterans Beach is nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
