The house has 130 m² over two floors in a residential area. Its private fenced garden has sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue and a furnished porch. Guests have access to a shared chlorine swimming pool measuring 7 × 7 m and 1.4 m deep, plus a children's swimming area measuring 3.5 × 3.5 m and 0.40 m deep. Pool opening dates are subject to community regulations and may change seasonally without notice; updated information is available on arrival.
The ground floor has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with sofas, satellite TV with German channels and air conditioning. The dining table seats nine. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for one car are available.
One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub are on the ground floor. Upstairs are four bedrooms: two with two single beds each, one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed. A second bathroom with a bathtub serves the upper floor. All five bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning; some open onto a terrace or balcony. A cot and high chair are available on request.
