House rules
Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
Getting there
The house occupies two floors. Cala Egos beach is 450 m away; the Avinguda Sa Marina bus stop is 240 m away. Son Sant Joan airport is 57.8 km away, Manacor train station and hospital are 31 km and 32 km away respectively, and Palma ferry terminal is 67 km away. Outdoor parking is limited to one car.
