House rules
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Final cleaning is mandatory at 200€/stay. Air conditioning is optional at 15€/night. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The villa is arranged over two floors. Cala Blava beach is 4 km away, and the coves of Cala Blava and Bellavista are a few minutes away by car. Exterior parking accommodates three cars. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 13.2 km away; the Urbanización Las Palmeras bus stop is 0.052 km away.
