The house

The outdoor areas include a 12 × 6-metre private saltwater pool, 1.30–2 metres deep, with lawn, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A furnished porch provides space for outdoor dining and barbecues.

The ground floor has a living room with Smart TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with a ceramic hob. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The ground-floor double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom; there is also a guest toilet.

Upstairs are a second lounge with a wardrobe and two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and access to its own private terrace. One upstairs bedroom also has a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A cot and high chair can be provided. Wi-Fi and towels are available, and there is free exterior parking for three cars. Air conditioning is optional at 15€/night.

Las Palmeras has local bars, pharmacies and a Saturday neighbourhood market. Palma is 20 km away. Cala Blava beach is 4 km away; the coves of Cala Blava and Bellavista are a few minutes away by car. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 13.2 km away, Golf Maioris is 4.2 km away and Llucmajor town is 17.2 km away. The Urbanización Las Palmeras bus stop is 0.052 km away. Final cleaning is mandatory at 200€/stay, and a 300.00 EUR damage deposit applies.
