House rules
Keep noise down between 22:00 and 08:00. Parties, antisocial behaviour and smoking are prohibited. Additional people require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund; the currency of this fine is not specified. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are shared. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, close doors and windows, and check for belongings. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; return to an address within Australia is subject to postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
Access to the home involves external stairs. A private vehicle is highly recommended because of the rural location. Auckland Airport is approximately 50 minutes away by car. Red Fox Tavern is a short walk away, and Miranda Hot Springs is 10 km away.
