The house

The house accommodates six guests in three bedrooms: two with one queen bed each and one with a double bed. Large windows with blackout blinds overlook the rural surroundings. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup, towels and travel essentials are provided.

The living area has seating for six, a Google TV with streaming and free-to-air channels, a dedicated workspace and direct access to the private deck with outdoor dining and seating. Air conditioning is located in the living area, with a high-capacity heater in the bedroom hallway. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware and utensils. The dining table seats six. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. A private laundry provides a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack.

Six free on-site parking spaces accommodate cars or boats. The rural setting is surrounded by hills and farms, and Red Fox Tavern is a short walk away; guests receive 10% off food and drinks there. A small welcome amenity pack is provided. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed. Booking protection through Travel Support includes lost-baggage and emergency-medical coverage with claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.
