House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests recorded on the booking. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
Getting there
The house has ground-floor bedrooms and an upstairs kitchen, dining and living area. Parking is limited to two car spaces. The property is not fenced.
