The house

The ground floor has three bedrooms, a living area with TV and DVD player, and two bathrooms, one combined with the laundry. Upstairs, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has a wood fire. The front deck has ocean views and UV blinds. The furnished back deck has a Weber BBQ and an outdoor sink, with access from the kitchen and dining area. A hot-and-cold outdoor shower is available. Linen is supplied. Other facilities include ceiling fans, heating, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster and smoke detector. The house is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2. Long stays are allowed.
