Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. This is a monthly rental: the full-month charge applies regardless of the number of nights stayed, with no proration. The home is exclusively available to the renter for a full 30-day period; no one else may occupy the home during that period.
Getting there
Direct beachfront access to Waimanalo Beach on foot. A car is necessary. Sea Life Park, Makapu‘u Lighthouse Trail and Kailua Town shopping and dining are a short drive away. A groundskeeper resides in a separate detached dwelling on the upper driveway; the main house and beachfront areas are exclusively for guests.
