The house

The home has ocean-facing living spaces, a lounge and dining area with ocean views, an oceanfront lanai, and a shaded central courtyard for outdoor dining or lounging. Multiple outdoor seating areas overlook the shoreline.

The kitchen has wide countertops, plentiful cabinetry, double ovens and an island cooktop. Equipment includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, toaster oven, kettle, blender, crockpot, rice cooker, mixer, juicer and cooking utensils. A BBQ is also available.

The downstairs primary suite has split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, beach access and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Three upstairs guest bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans; guest bedroom 2 has a partial ocean view. Two additional downstairs bathrooms have showers. Upstairs, one hallway bathroom has a shower and another has a shower/tub combination.

Facilities include a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, printer/scanner/fax, linens, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryer and iron. Beach equipment includes chairs, towels, mats, an umbrella, a cooler and an insulated cooler bag. There is an outdoor shower, free garage and driveway parking, and a private entrance. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras.

Waimanalo Beach is directly accessible on foot. Sea Life Park, Makapu‘u Lighthouse Trail and Kailua Town shopping and dining are a short drive away. A car is necessary. A groundskeeper lives in a separate detached dwelling on the upper driveway; guests have exclusive use of the main house and beachfront areas. The home is made exclusively available to the renter for a full 30-day period. The full-month charge applies even when fewer nights are used, without proration.
