Offered as a 30-day rental. Standard occupancy is eight guests; a ninth guest is permitted for an additional fee. Smoking and pets are not permitted. A refundable electric security deposit of $1,000 applies; the maximum included electricity charge is $500. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
A private beach path and gate lead to Kailua Beach. Kailua Beach Park, Kalapawai Market, Island Snow and local cafés are within walking distance. A car is recommended.
