House rules
The maximum occupancy of 14 includes infants and babies. The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted, and unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus liability for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings longer than 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The beach is approximately 6–7 blocks away, and the home is in the golf cart zone. Upper sleeping areas are reached by stairs. Parking is limited to five vehicles depending on size; boat parking is allowed. Golf cart rental availability is not guaranteed, so early enquiries are recommended. Nearby construction and community improvement projects may cause noise or visual disturbance. Mosquitoes and other pests can be plentiful at certain times of year; professional pest-control treatment takes place every 4–8 weeks.
