The house

The 2,333-square-foot home occupies a corner lot and combines a main house with a smaller apartment connected internally by a hallway and two doors. The doors can be closed for privacy or opened to bring the living spaces together. There are four bedrooms and an additional loft sleeping area, with three king beds, two queen beds and two double beds in total. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided.

The main house has a spacious living area opening onto the front deck, a well-stocked kitchen with an island and bar stools, and a dining table. A king bedroom has direct access to the front balcony, and additional sleeping areas are upstairs. The connected apartment has its own full kitchen, living and dining spaces, a king bedroom, an upstairs queen bedroom, stackable laundry and access to the back deck.

Outdoor facilities include two decks, a private pool, putting green, sun loungers, outdoor dining and a grill. Heating, air conditioning, television, Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are available. The home is approximately 6–7 blocks from the beach and lies within the golf cart zone. Parking accommodates up to five vehicles depending on size, and boat parking is permitted.
