Things to know

House rules

Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property, including interiors, balconies, patios and common areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and marijuana. Violations incur a penalty and charges for necessary cleaning, deodorizing or repairs, and may lead to eviction without refund. Guests must inform their party and visitors of this policy. Occupancy assumes two people per double bed in the third bedroom; use of the large couch and air mattress can increase occupancy to 10. Pets are considered conditionally. Long-term stays are allowed.

Getting there

A car is necessary. Makaha Beach is nearby. Local markets, golf, coastal trails and cafés are a short drive away. Parking is limited to three assigned spaces for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated, and there is no public or street parking in the community.
