The house

The home has open-concept interiors with vaulted ceilings, tall windows, a sectional sofa and a dining nook seating six. The equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, blender, toaster and drip coffee maker. A private lanai and yard have partial mountain and ocean views.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with a Purple 3 mattress and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has a trundle bunk with a single top bunk, double bottom bunk and double trundle. All three bedrooms have mountain views, ceiling fans, split air conditioning and space for a crib or pack ’n play. A large couch and an air mattress provide additional sleeping options.

Guests have access to the community pool, hot tub and landscaped walking paths, with security staff on site 24 hours a day. The home includes central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a washer and dryer, smart television, toys, and infant furnishings including cribs, high chairs and pack ’n plays. Complimentary beach equipment includes chairs, towels, a cooler, boards and a beach umbrella. Additional amenities include a fitness room, garage, barbecue, heating, linens, hair dryer, iron and safe.

Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first-aid kit; security cameras and outdoor lighting are also present.

Makaha Beach is nearby, with local markets, golf, coastal trails and cafés a short drive away. Three assigned parking spaces are available, subject to vehicle-size restrictions. Long-term stays are also allowed.
