The house

The single-level home accommodates up to 14 guests within a community with 24/7 gated security. The open living area has a sectional, accent chair, 65-inch Smart TV with streaming, queen sofa bed and additional air mattress. A dining table sits beside the fully stocked kitchen, which includes stainless appliances, cookware, a blender, Instapot, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, stove and children's dinnerware.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, crib and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds and a twin trundle. The studio bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom, sofa bed, additional air mattress, crib, kitchenette and TV. All rooms have air conditioning, and memory foam mattresses are provided.

The fully fenced private backyard has lounge seating and a gas barbecue. Guests have access to a heated outdoor community pool and hot tub, open daily, with a pool/hot tub hoist and disabled parking. Nearby gym access is available. Beach equipment includes eight chairs, a cooler, towels, boogie boards, surfboards and paddleboards. Family equipment includes multiple cribs, a pack ’n play, high chair, baby bath, toys and games. Other facilities include a washer, dryer, outdoor shower, ceiling fans, heating, Ethernet connection and security cameras. Housekeeping is available at additional cost.

Makaha Beach Park is five minutes away and is also included among nearby walking destinations, along with Aki's Beach, local food trucks and Makaha Country Club. Honolulu and Hale'iwa are each about one hour away by car; HNL Airport is about 45 minutes away by car.
