House rules

Smoking is not allowed. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during a stay require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as utility costs above $100.00 per night of the reservation. Long-term stays may incur a utility deposit. Additional requested cleanings are at the guest’s expense. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool/hot tub and outdoor furniture or equipment availability. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Not suitable for unrelated guests. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. The home borders a 130-acre preserve.
