House rules

No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Optional linen is provided on arrival for the stay and is not renewed; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €18 per reservation; single-bed linen €14 per reservation; end-of-stay cleaning €150 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation. Optional cancellation insurance is 5.5% of the reservation. Tourist tax is payable; the page also indicates it is included in the total, so confirm the applicable treatment.

Getting there

The Gulf of Morbihan coastal path is 300 m away. Brehuidic beach is 2 km away; Kervert sandy beach is 6 km away. The Ar Motten grocery is 70 m away, Sarzeau town centre is 5 km away, and Vannes railway station is 32 km away. The courtyard borders a lightly trafficked local road. The property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Do not charge electric vehicles using the house sockets; use a dedicated charging outlet.
