The house

The 100 m² house has a living area with a sofa and television, and an open-plan equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Three bedrooms each have a double bed; two bedrooms have a television and a screen that can connect to a computer. There is a workspace, one shower room and one bathroom with a bathtub. A washing machine, ironing equipment, hair dryer, travel cot, high chair and toilet seat reducer are provided. Outside are a garden, garden furniture, barbecue and 10 m² terrace; the main courtyard borders a quiet local road, while the garden is more secluded and the terrace is at the rear. The property has 100 m² of living space and 400 m² of land. A bilingual welcome booklet and tourist information are provided.
