House rules
Up to eight guests, excluding infants. Additional check-in charges apply: €25 between 21:00 and midnight; €44 between midnight and 06:00. Cleaning before arrival and after departure, towels, bed linen and natural skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival; a 100% cancellation fee applies from 30 days before arrival. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Getting there
The house occupies two levels in a quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the beaches. The rooftop solarium is shared. The Office du Tourisme bus stop on line 1B is a 15-minute walk away; Bénesse-Maremne station is 13 minutes by car, Biarritz station 30 minutes by car and Biarritz-Pays Basque Airport 35 minutes by car.
