The house

The house is arranged over two levels with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, a garden, a terrace, balconies and a rooftop with a shared solarium. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge and freezer.

A ground-floor bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have a 140 cm double bed, an en-suite shower room and balcony access; a fourth bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed and an en-suite shower room. There are also two separate WCs.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, television with satellite or cable, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and clothes hangers. Parking is available within the residence.

A Welkeys concierge greets guests and hands over the keys. Arrival information is provided before the stay through a dedicated travellers’ app, and assistance is available throughout the stay. Cleaning before arrival and after departure, towels, bed linen and natural skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee. Private chauffeur, in-home chef and local activities can be arranged on request.

Nearby amenities include bike paths and bus stops. The Office du Tourisme stop on bus line 1B is a 15-minute walk away. Bénesse-Maremne station is 13 minutes by car, Biarritz station 30 minutes by car and Biarritz-Pays Basque Airport 35 minutes by car.
