The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 looking for a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

Club de Golf Alcanada is 7.3 km away and Hospital Juaneda Muro is 2.7 km away. Stairs connect the two floors. Exterior parking is limited to two cars. The indoor dining area seats five.
