The house

The villa spans two floors. The garden has four sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower, alongside a private chlorine pool measuring 5 × 2.5 metres and 1.5–1.70 metres deep. Two furnished porches provide outdoor dining spaces.

The air-conditioned living-dining room has two sofas, a TV and a dining area seating five. The equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, microwave and oven; a barbecue is also available. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available, and a crib is provided.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a wardrobe, plus a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, all three bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing room, furnished balcony and its own bathroom with a bathtub. Each of the other two bedrooms has two single beds. A further upstairs bathroom has a bathtub.

Platja d'Alcúdia is 900 metres away. Alcúdia's town centre is 3 km away, with a medieval old town, historic walls, traditional shops and markets. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations, events, pets and smoking are not permitted.
