House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due at booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For reservations exceeding eight days, an In-Stay Refresh is scheduled and charged; stays longer than 30 nights require additional paid cleaning. A credit card must be on file before arrival instructions are released. Early check-in or late check-out requires text-message authorization from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability.

Getting there

The home is very close to the gondola at the Mountain Village core, with walk-to-ski and walk-to-town access. Parking is limited to one car. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
