The house

This 2,408-square-foot, top-floor residence has vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room with a stone fireplace. The kitchen has professional-grade appliances, a breakfast bar, kitchen island, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, cooking basics, dishes, a standard drip coffee maker, Keurig and tea kettle. A balcony provides outdoor space.

The primary and second bedrooms each have a king bed; the third has two full beds. All three bedrooms have mountain views and their own ensuite bathrooms. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom in total. Bed linens, towels, hair dryers and toiletries are provided. The home also has heating, television, games, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi and a desk/workspace. An elevator is available.

The gondola at the Mountain Village core is very close, with walk-to-ski and walk-to-town access and ski shuttle service advertised. The stay includes up to two days of access to The Peaks Resort amenities, including its spa, gym, pool and hot tub. Additional day passes may be purchased through the Reservation Team at an additional cost. Air conditioning is currently unavailable.
